- 3–5+ years of experience in clinical trials, central rating, or regulated research operations
- Understanding of SOP-driven clinical operations
- Experience with audit support or metrics reporting
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of neuropsychological/psychological assessment tools
- Experience working cross-functionally
- De-escalation and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Central Rating activities and workflow improvements
- Track and document clinician performance data and metrics
- Maintain accurate clinician training and certification documentation
- Coordinate clinician training and recalibration schedules
- Provide technical support to clinicians regarding platforms and devices
- Deliver clinician status reports to project teams
- Mentor junior study team members
- Oversee clinician contracts, CVs, and invoices
