Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain clear, approachable documentation and product walkthroughs.
  • Own and evolve the knowledge management platform.
  • Partner with the Manager, Customer Education to ensure content alignment.
  • Run documentation sprints and manage task prioritization.
  • Work closely with Customer Support to reduce case volume.
  • Collaborate on internal documentation strategy and review processes.
  • Track trends and drive continuous improvement of content.
  • Identify knowledge gaps using support trends and customer feedback.
  • Support education initiatives including webinars and LMS content.
  • Analyze content engagement data to drive improvements.
