Responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear, approachable documentation and product walkthroughs.
- Own and evolve the knowledge management platform.
- Partner with the Manager, Customer Education to ensure content alignment.
- Run documentation sprints and manage task prioritization.
- Work closely with Customer Support to reduce case volume.
- Collaborate on internal documentation strategy and review processes.
- Track trends and drive continuous improvement of content.
- Identify knowledge gaps using support trends and customer feedback.
- Support education initiatives including webinars and LMS content.
- Analyze content engagement data to drive improvements.
