- Experience managing business operations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong track record of attracting, motivating, coaching, and retaining talent.
- Ability to operate globally distributed teams.
- Strong business acumen in complex/ambiguous situations.
- Financial understanding of how business decisions affect outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with departmental metrics, KPIs, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with open source database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of consultants to deliver high-quality, efficient, and profitable professional services.
- Ensure team members are valued, empowered, and engaged.
- Translate organizational vision into executable goals.
- Oversee delivery process including SOW accuracy, project execution, and methodology adherence.
- Create and implement standardized processes and best practices.
- Serve as an escalation point to resolve customer issues.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Foster relationships with AMER Sales to maintain pipeline and alleviate pain points.
- Monitor metrics, KPIs, and team billable utilization.
