Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and sense of ownership.
  • Experience reviewing marketing content.
  • Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management systems.
  • Ability to delegate and follow up effectively.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely briefing, kickoff, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate scopes of work and annual plans into project builds in Wrike.
  • Coordinate briefs and serve as the initial reviewer for marketing assets for brand consistency and quality.
  • Organize website maintenance and content updates.
  • Monitor milestones and performance to identify risks and dependencies.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional internal meetings and document action items.
  • Draft partner-facing reports and review performance dashboards.
  • Prepare draft presentations and ensure partner communications are well-informed.
  • Establish standardized file structures and store project artifacts.
