Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of previous marketing experience.
- Understanding of tech and interdepartmental dependencies.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and sense of ownership.
- Experience reviewing marketing content.
- Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management systems.
- Ability to delegate and follow up effectively.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, schedules, and workflows to ensure timely briefing, kickoff, and delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate scopes of work and annual plans into project builds in Wrike.
- Coordinate briefs and serve as the initial reviewer for marketing assets for brand consistency and quality.
- Organize website maintenance and content updates.
- Monitor milestones and performance to identify risks and dependencies.
- Organize and lead cross-functional internal meetings and document action items.
- Draft partner-facing reports and review performance dashboards.
- Prepare draft presentations and ensure partner communications are well-informed.
- Establish standardized file structures and store project artifacts.
