Requirements
- 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, technical sales, AV systems, or media technology
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles
- Comfort in technical conversations with IT, operations, and infrastructure teams
- Hands-on experience with hardware/software integrations and networking fundamentals
- Experience with in-venue technology such as AV systems, digital signage, or IoT
- Strong demo and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite
- Excellent written communication skills for technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to qualify, scope, solution, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities
- Translate technical complexity into clear business value
- Lead technical discovery conversations regarding customer infrastructure and AV environments
- Design solution configurations and document integrations across POS, CMS, and AV systems
- Own technical sections of RFP responses, security questionnaires, and SOW inputs
- Build and maintain a library of demo environments and technical integration guides
- Support the sales process as the subject matter expert
- Surface recurring technical objections and blockers to Product and Engineering
