Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple business functions, departments, or cross-functional teams in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources regulations and compliance requirements, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Proven experience overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, payroll administration, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Demonstrated success leading talent acquisition programs, high-volume recruiting operations, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Expertise in multi-state employment compliance, including wage and hour regulations, paid leave requirements, and payroll tax obligations.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and financial management systems.
  • Government contracting experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Accounting, Recruiting, and Human Resources functions.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, payroll operations, accounts payable and receivable processes, and audit coordination.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies, workforce planning, recruiting operations, and onboarding processes.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators across recruiting, HR, and accounting functions.
  • Direct employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and organizational development.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to identify operational risks and support long-term business objectives.
