Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years managing multi-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Expertise in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and EEOC regulations.
  • Experience managing HR teams and HRIS platforms.
  • Experience managing accounting teams and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight for Accounting, Recruiting, and HR departments.
  • Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Align departmental strategies with company goals.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
  • Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll.
  • Direct full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning strategies.
  • Lead HR operations including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
  • Ensure multi-state employment law compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
