Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years managing multi-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Expertise in FLSA, ADA, FMLA, and EEOC regulations.
- Experience managing HR teams and HRIS platforms.
- Experience managing accounting teams and financial systems.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- HR certification preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for Accounting, Recruiting, and HR departments.
- Develop and implement organizational policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Align departmental strategies with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
- Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and payroll.
- Direct full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning strategies.
- Lead HR operations including employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
- Ensure multi-state employment law compliance (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
