Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant experience as a strategic HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations.
- Proven success influencing, coaching, and advising senior leaders and executives on complex people-related matters.
- Strong expertise across key HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, performance management, leadership development, compensation, workforce planning, talent management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to leverage data to drive people strategies and business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences and situations.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Highly collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working independently while effectively partnering across multiple functions and leadership levels.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to align people strategies with business priorities, providing strategic HR guidance and consultation on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Lead and execute cross-functional people initiatives, including organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and culture-building programs.
- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders at all levels, supporting team effectiveness, employee development, performance improvement, and organizational growth.
- Drive change management initiatives that enhance agility, collaboration, and operational effectiveness across teams and departments.
- Identify talent gaps, succession risks, and development opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic workforce analysis.
- Collaborate with People team partners to design, implement, and scale programs that support a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workforce.
- Support enterprise-wide talent initiatives such as engagement surveys, talent reviews, competency frameworks, and leadership development programs.
- Champion organizational culture and values while continuously improving people processes, policies, and programs to support business growth.
