Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to HR and Payroll admins
  • Become a subject matter expert on product offerings and functionality
  • Acquire technical expertise in backend systems to investigate client concerns
  • Liaise with clients on operational topics including payroll and data exchange
  • Work cross-functionally with Success and Technical teams
  • Adhere to quality standards for client satisfaction
  • Support on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
  • Capture client insights for the product team
