Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to HR and Payroll admins
- Become a subject matter expert on product offerings and functionality
- Acquire technical expertise in backend systems to investigate client concerns
- Liaise with clients on operational topics including payroll and data exchange
- Work cross-functionally with Success and Technical teams
- Adhere to quality standards for client satisfaction
- Support on-call rotation for weekends and holidays
- Capture client insights for the product team
