Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–5 years of experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor)
- Proven experience in software testing methodologies, writing test scripts, and executing structured QA processes
- Strong familiarity with operational workflows (e.g., warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing)
- Proficiency with defect tracking and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana)
- Solid understanding of data structures
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation is a strong plus
- Ability to perform basic scripting analysis
- Ability to utilize browser developer tools for debugging
- Ability to conduct API testing using Postman
Responsibilities
- Review requirements and test plan alignment with Product Owners
- Audit and maintain test plans and test executions
- Provide feedback on Figma designs and Jira user stories
- Perform rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ERP modules
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users
- Identify, document, and track software defects and system bottlenecks
- Analyze and map current operational workflows
- Validate data migration and integration between the ERP system and peripheral tools
