Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or a closely related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce required; HubSpot a plus).
- Proficiency with SQL for querying and validating data.
- Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of sales processes and sales performance metrics.
- High attention to detail with a strong bias toward data quality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks and team gatherings.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and surface actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and leadership.
- Design, build, and maintain sales dashboards and reports for reps, managers, and executives.
- Own and operationalize account and territory assignments.
- Support annual and in-year sales planning, including quotas and goal-setting.
- Partner with FP&A and Analytics to build data models and commission-related datasets.
- Collaborate with the CRM administration team to translate business requirements into workflows.
- Assist in sales forecasting by providing clean data sets and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and improve data connectors, ETL logic, and BI assets.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations and summaries.
