Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, or relevant academic background.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle delicate financial and payment conversations with diplomacy and professionalism.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and reviewing legal/financial templates.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize urgent contract requests alongside routine workflows.
Responsibilities
- Generate client contracts, renewals, and amendments using established contract templates.
- Review contract inputs for accuracy, ensuring pricing, terms, and custom clauses align with approved deal structures.
- Manage the digital signature process, routing agreements to internal and external stakeholders.
- Track contract status and follow up on delayed signatures to ensure execution.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, opportunities, and contract data within Salesforce.
- Execute tasks related to customer and opportunity management within Salesforce.
- Manage the Salesforce lifecycle with guidance from Sales and Customer Success teams.
