Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Pricing, or Financial Analyst roles.
- Strong understanding of gross margin calculations, discounting impacts, and metrics like ARR, MRR, and TCV.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and nested logic.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and CPQ tools.
- Strong willingness to learn and apply AI tools to automate workflows.
- Effective communication skills for enforcing financial requirements with Sales teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage incoming Deal Desk requests based on urgency and strategic importance.
- Audit pricing, discount requests, and contract terms against operational thresholds.
- Validate deal-level unit economics and margin thresholds.
- Ensure accurate entry of deal structures and pricing in Salesforce.
- Educate GTM teams on processes, documentation, and SLA expectations.
- Collaborate between Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve deal bottlenecks.
- Identify and implement AI-driven tools to automate quote-to-cash processes.
- Provide interim operational support for pricing and margin reviews when necessary.
