- Direct, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to achieve revenue, door count, and merchandising objectives.
- Oversee relationships with key national and strategic accounts.
- Develop and monitor sales plans, programs, and promotions.
- Coordinate daily sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Establish KPIs, track sales metrics, and provide regular reporting to the VP of Sales.
- Ensure use of HubSpot & NetSuite to manage pipelines and forecast sales.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams.
- Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and new channels.
- Support ongoing development of the sales team through coaching and training.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive informed decision-making.
