Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in SaaS, restaurant tech, security, or operations-focused solutions.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding quota.
- Experience selling into restaurant organizations, franchise systems, or multi-unit operators.
- Strong understanding of restaurant industry dynamics including franchising models.
- Ability to build executive-level relationships and influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Demonstrated success in account planning, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build ROI-based value propositions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable working in a high-performance, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end enterprise sales execution and strategic account growth within the restaurant industry.
- Identify, prioritize, and develop high-value enterprise opportunities across QSR and multi-unit restaurant operators.
- Build and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise restaurant brands.
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, solution design, pilot coordination, procurement, negotiation, and closing.
- Navigate complex buying committees involving executives, operators, IT, finance, legal, and loss prevention stakeholders.
- Develop ROI-driven business cases tailored to diverse restaurant stakeholders.
- Drive pipeline generation through outbound prospecting, referrals, and industry networks.
- Expand existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-location rollout strategies.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Contribute field insights and market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
