Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, growth marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn advertising campaigns and paid digital media initiatives
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance metrics and optimizing based on data insights
  • Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to support or execute executive communications and thought leadership initiatives
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments
  • Strong adaptability, ownership mindset, and ability to independently build and execute strategies
  • Preferred experience in defense, national security, cybersecurity, AI, or B2B SaaS environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the digital communications strategy across LinkedIn and other priority social platforms
  • Create and refine content that translates complex AI and defense technologies into clear, engaging external messaging
  • Partner with leadership to amplify executive presence and thought leadership across digital channels
  • Design, launch, and optimize LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting defense, government, and enterprise audiences
  • Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies across military, federal, and industry buyer groups
  • Conduct ongoing testing of messaging, creative assets, and audience segments to improve campaign performance
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as engagement, CTR, conversions, and pipeline influence
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on campaign performance data
  • Support communications for product launches, announcements, events, and strategic initiatives
