  • Proven experience working closely with a sales team.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through execution and implementation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for an assigned group of digital clients.
  • Conduct client discovery calls and manage campaign change requests.
  • Monitor client budgets and review campaign performance.
  • Answer billing questions and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Provide recommendations on new offerings, budget increases, and packages to drive client growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships based on trust and proactive communication.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and products in the digital marketing industry.
