Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event tech, registration, or marketing operations in B2B SaaS.
- Strong Salesforce and event data expertise (campaign tracking, reporting).
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Swoogo, Cvent, RainFocus, or similar.
- Experience supporting 2,000+ attendee events and onsite hardware.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Proven ability to build scalable templates and operating playbooks.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI/automation tools for productivity.
- Strong project management skills including workback planning.
- High bar for brand consistency, data quality, and privacy compliance.
- Ability to think as both a systems owner and event marketer.
Responsibilities
- Own event technology strategy, standards, and governance.
- Manage configuration and launch of event mobile apps, surveys, and onsite technology.
- Oversee event data flows through Salesforce and Tableau.
- Design registration strategies including flows, logic, and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align tech with business goals.
- Build scalable self-service templates and operational playbooks.
- Manage vendor relationships and platform roadmaps.
- Guide website requirements, accessibility, and user experience.
- Identify process gaps and implement resolutions.
- Use AI and automation to streamline event operations.
