Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in integrated, content, brand, or entertainment marketing, or consumer campaign strategy.
- Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market campaigns that drive measurable impact across multiple channels.
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with experience writing positioning frameworks and creative briefs.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across creative, marketing, product, talent, and executive teams.
- Experience working directly with talent, creators, instructors, or external partners in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of culture, audience behavior, and consumer trends.
- Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for a slate of MasterClass launches and cultural marketing moments.
- Develop integrated go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels.
- Write clear and inspiring creative and strategy briefs that guide compelling, insight-driven campaign work.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Build strong working relationships with instructors and their teams to support campaign alignment and co-marketing.
- Use audience insights, campaign performance, and experimentation to optimize marketing strategies.
- Support on-set campaign moments and production environments to ensure creative alignment.
- Help evolve campaign development approaches through AI-enabled tools and operational innovation.
