Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in integrated, content, brand, or entertainment marketing, or consumer campaign strategy.
  • Proven experience developing integrated go-to-market campaigns that drive measurable impact across multiple channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills, with experience writing positioning frameworks and creative briefs.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence across creative, marketing, product, talent, and executive teams.
  • Experience working directly with talent, creators, instructors, or external partners in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong understanding of culture, audience behavior, and consumer trends.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability around emerging technologies, including AI-enabled marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for a slate of MasterClass launches and cultural marketing moments.
  • Develop integrated go-to-market strategies across owned, earned, paid, social, product, and talent/instructor channels.
  • Write clear and inspiring creative and strategy briefs that guide compelling, insight-driven campaign work.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Content, Talent, PR, Product Marketing, Social, Performance Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with instructors and their teams to support campaign alignment and co-marketing.
  • Use audience insights, campaign performance, and experimentation to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Support on-set campaign moments and production environments to ensure creative alignment.
  • Help evolve campaign development approaches through AI-enabled tools and operational innovation.
