Requirements
- Experience at a fast-growing SaaS company, ideally in the $100M–$300M ARR range.
- Expertise in systems strategy, architecture, and GTM tech stack management.
- Strong leadership experience in managing systems administrators or technical teams.
- Ability to balance hands-on system administration/architecting with strategic management.
- Exceptional project management skills for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Data governance and architectural design skills.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Responsibilities
- Own the long-term vision for Ashby’s GTM tech stack.
- Manage the core revenue technology stack, including the CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems through robust architecture.
- Lead and mentor a team of systems experts, setting standards for documentation and deployment.
- Act as the primary bridge between RevOps, Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering.
- Identify and remediate technical debt to streamline revenue workflows.
- Design and optimize operational workflows like lead routing and customer onboarding.
