- 4+ years of second-line leadership experience in PreSales or Solutions Engineering in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven expertise in Corporate or Enterprise B2B segments.
- Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and optimizing go-to-market and pre-sales strategies.
- Strong track record of driving AI adoption and embedding AI-enabled workflows.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire managers and high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Deep expertise in PreSales methodologies (discovery, demos, solution design, technical evaluation).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a large Solutions Engineering organization supporting Corporate customers across North America.
- Translate strategic PreSales priorities into clear, executable operational plans.
- Design and evolve go-to-market and pre-sales strategies to improve win rates and deal quality.
- Define and refine the Solution Engineering playbook, including discovery, demo standards, and POC execution.
- Champion AI adoption by embedding AI tools into daily workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
- Use data and KPIs to monitor effectiveness and optimize organizational structure.
- Hire, develop, and retain top talent with strong succession planning.
