Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or enterprise technology environments.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Strong expertise in architecting and deploying enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing enterprise macOS and Windows environments.
- Proven knowledge of modern workplace technologies including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Zendesk, Atlassian.
- Experience designing automation strategies, AI governance policies, and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with integrating Generative AI platforms such as Gemini, Claude, or similar.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor global Corporate IT Engineering teams across multiple regions.
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native and SaaS-first infrastructure strategies.
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide automation initiatives using tools such as Okta Workflows and Workato.
- Drive the adoption and integration of Generative AI technologies and intelligent workflows.
- Oversee the evolution of Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and technical standards.
- Establish engineering best practices, documentation standards, and asynchronous collaboration processes.
