Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
- Experience within high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Strong expertise in annual planning, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Understanding of SaaS unit economics, headcount planning, and performance metrics.
- Experience partnering with senior business leaders to influence investment decisions.
- Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
- Preferred: Mentoring and team development experience.
- Preferred: Experience partnering with People, Legal, IT, or Corporate Operations.
- Preferred: Proficiency with enterprise planning platforms like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide financial planning processes, including annual operating planning, long-range planning (LRP), rolling forecasts, and executive consolidations.
- Champion strategic financial partnership across G&A leadership team to steer investment decisions.
- Architect and optimize corporate financial models, SaaS operating metrics, and headcount planning frameworks.
- Spearhead forecast rigor through proactive variance analysis and scenario planning.
- Direct and govern total-company payroll, tax, benefits, and merit/promo guidance allocation.
- Cultivate partnerships with Accounting, Procurement, and Total Rewards to transform spend management.
- Author executive-ready narratives and presentations.
- Champion analytical excellence and scalable planning processes across FP&A.
