- End-to-end sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding expectations in quota-driven roles.
- Existing local network within the target market.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to pivot quickly.
- Keen ability to learn software and new workflows.
- Willingness to travel locally/regionally up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Run focused discovery with builders to understand plan workflows and sales processes.
- Deliver workflow-driven demos to communicate product value.
- Own full sales cycle from BDR handoffs to closing.
- Act as a hybrid sales engineer and portfolio guide for mid-sized builders.
- Build pipeline through targeted outreach and community engagement.
- Surface market trends and competitive insights.
- Maintain a feedback loop with Product Management regarding roadmap priorities.
