Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (science, business, etc.).
- Proven track record in healthcare or medical sales, preferably in pharmaceutical or AI healthcare.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and cancer diagnostics.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to meet with clients as needed.
- 5-8 years of relevant sales experience in Oncology/Urology (strongly preferred).
- Experience with CRM software.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare institutions, oncologists, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Understand AI-based medical tests and communicate their value to healthcare providers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in a CRM system.
