Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital marketplace, or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record executing email marketing and lifecycle programs.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for both software buyers and vendors.
  • Design and optimize email marketing campaigns to onboard, nurture, and reactivate users.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows, including campaign ideation, build, QA, and launch.
  • Analyze user behavior and cohort trends to identify opportunities for lifecycle improvements.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, creative, and channel mix.
  • Collaborate with Product, Content, CRO, and Engineering teams.
  • Develop programs to convert, engage, and retain buyers on Capterra, GetApp, and Software Advice.
