- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Looker and Excel.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Healthcare industry knowledge including PHI and OE cycles.
- Strong executive presence for client and leadership interactions.
- Ability to manage digital and print content creation.
Responsibilities
- Architect email campaigns and sophisticated trigger-based flows.
- Develop enrollment forecasts and track performance.
- Lead marketing strategy in client meetings.
- Collaborate with Product and Data teams to integrate clinical risk stratification.
- Manage end-to-end strategy for Open Enrollment season.
- Establish an attribution framework to measure marketing ROI.
