- 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Refined communication skills — clear, confident and client-facing.
- Strategic thinker with creative instincts and strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience working in fast-paced agency environments.

Responsibilities
- Develop full-funnel paid media strategies that align with the overall brand and objectives of Company’s clients.
- Oversee the planning, build, launch, testing, and optimisation of paid media campaigns to achieve the best possible CPAs and maximise ROAS.
- Lead on account management and client relationships, including client communication, to drive client success and retention.
- Assist with the briefing, review and approval of marketing materials.
- Measure campaign success and ensure performance is tracked effectively against ROI and key performance indicators.
- Conduct regular self-audits and implement robust quality control processes across all campaigns.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports by close of business every Monday.
- Drive a proactive, testing-first approach across all paid media activity by developing clear experimentation roadmaps.
- Research industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
