Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in paid search advertising, focus on retail media networks preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in client-facing roles.
- Experience managing paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
- Proficiency in budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
- Experience presenting findings and account optimization recommendations.
- Proficiency in paid search tools and analytics platforms including Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Experience leading and managing a team with focus on mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintain understanding of paid media channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Drive account strategy to meet client efficiency and growth goals.
- Develop and execute monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Quantify and prioritize initiatives for account performance impact.
- Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
- Manage client portfolios and stewardship of budgets.
- Lead client calls and communicate project performance and strategy.
- Ensure all deliverables undergo a QA process.
- Own relationships with platform reps such as Google and LinkedIn.
- Manage and mentor at least one direct report.
