  • Proven track record managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
  • Experience with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
  • Proven experience presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Proficiency in paid search tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Experience managing full-funnel paid media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Drive account strategy for client efficiency and growth.
  • Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques.
  • Quantify and prioritize initiatives for maximum account performance impact.
  • Drive creation of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
  • Manage client portfolio performance and budget stewardship.
  • Lead client calls regarding projects, performance, and strategy.
  • Ensure error-free account management delivery via QA.
  • Own relationships with platform reps to vet new opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor at least one direct report.
