- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Proven track record managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
- Experience with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
- Proven experience presenting findings and recommendations to clients.
- Proficiency in paid search tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Experience managing full-funnel paid media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain advanced understanding of primary paid media channels including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Drive account strategy for client efficiency and growth.
- Develop and execute account management monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Quantify and prioritize initiatives for maximum account performance impact.
- Drive creation of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
- Manage client portfolio performance and budget stewardship.
- Lead client calls regarding projects, performance, and strategy.
- Ensure error-free account management delivery via QA.
- Own relationships with platform reps to vet new opportunities.
- Manage and mentor at least one direct report.
