- Proven track record of managing successful paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
- Comfortable with budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
- Experience presenting findings and making recommendations for account optimizations.
- Proficiency in paid search tools including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Experience leading and managing a team with a focus on mentorship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic paid search plans.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining an advanced understanding of primary paid media channels (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads).
- Driving account strategy geared towards achieving client efficiency and growth goals.
- Developing and executing account management monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Quantifying and prioritizing initiatives to impact account performance.
- Driving the creation of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and QBRs/FBRs.
- Managing performance of client portfolios and stewardship of client budgets.
- Writing and reviewing agendas for status calls.
- Leading client calls, presenting projects, performance, and strategy.
- Ensuring all account management efforts go through a QA process.
- Managing the relationship between the company and platform reps.
- Managing at least one direct report.
