- Ability to handle end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing.
- Experience selling to U.S. healthcare providers.
- Familiarity with U.S. revenue cycle challenges.
- Comfortable with high-volume daily outbound calls.
- Confident demeanor for phone and video interactions.
- Skilled at building trust with C-suite executives.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Advanced HubSpot CRM expertise.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads via outbound outreach focused on RCM pain points.
- Prospect in the U.S. clinical practice market and schedule demos.
- Manage the full sales cycle independently from outreach to closing.
- Build targeted prospect lists and execute lead generation strategies.
- Foster relationships to uncover RCM needs.
- Track all sales activities, pipelines, and communications in HubSpot.
- Meet or exceed KPIs for lead volume, calls, and closed deals.
- Collaborate with teams to refine RCM messaging and outreach.
