Requirements
- Proven track record of driving adoption and expansion within existing accounts
- Experience managing large enterprise accounts (100+ locations or equivalent complexity)
- Highly operational with ability to build scalable processes at scale
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Support, and Onboarding
- Background in veterinary, payments, or multi-location businesses strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise accounts post-sale, following transition from Director of Strategic Accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with executive, corporate, and regional stakeholders.
- Lead rollout of Scratch Checkout across large, multi-location enterprise networks.
- Develop and execute scalable rollout strategies across regions and practices.
- Conduct regular executive-level business reviews sharing performance insights.
- Act as a thought partner to enterprise leadership on strategy and operations.
- Drive expansion within enterprise accounts through increased penetration and product adoption.
