Requirements
- 3+ years in demand planning (e-commerce or CPG), ideally with Amazon
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, forecasting, data analysis)
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Redash, or similar)
- Analytical, structured thinker with strong attention to detail
- Builder mindset: you automate, optimize, and improve everything you touch
- Comfortable managing multiple SKUs, reports, and priorities simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Design SKU-level demand forecasts across Amazon marketplaces
- Build automated replenishment systems between 3PL and FBA
- Maintain 60+ days coverage at FBA while optimizing stock across the pipeline
- Improve forecast accuracy (MAPE) and eliminate stockouts & excess inventory
- Lead automation projects (alerts, triggers, dashboards) with BI & Tech teams
- Turn Amazon data into real-time decisions that impact revenue and profitability
