Requirements
- Strong understanding of clinical protocols, trial execution, and start-up workflows.
- Prior vendor-facing experience within clinical trials.
- Experience working with site networks; direct site-based experience preferred.
- Experience in Clinical Project Management preferred.
- Proficiency with CTMS, clinical portals, and project tracking tools.
- Ability to negotiate and 'sell' Care Access’s value to vendor partners.
- Experience reviewing, interpreting, and providing feedback on vendor contracts.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills in a matrixed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, nursing, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical protocols to determine vendor scope and translate requirements into qualifications.
- Conduct market research and lead RFP/RFQ vendor selection processes.
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor vendor compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot vendor-related issues and act as the clinical escalation point.
- Maintain internal databases in SharePoint and Salesforce.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
