Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
- Strong hands-on campaign management experience.
- Fluency in Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Proven track record of account growth and retention.
- Experience measured against revenue, retention, or NRR KPIs.
- Leadership experience including managing 1:1s, workloads, and team performance.
- AI-native approach to integrating tools into daily workflows.
- Commercially sharp with strong operational reliability.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of brand accounts to ensure retention and growth.
- Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Strategy, Campaigns, Paid, and Product teams.
- Own client relationships across launches, seasonal campaigns, and always-on programs.
- Translate data into actionable insights and present performance against KPIs.
- Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and execution across seeding, paid, and integrated campaigns.
- Protect and grow revenue by managing renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Forecast performance and optimize campaigns mid-cycle.
- Maintain clean tracking and manage team capacity.
