Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to develop forward-looking strategies that accelerate growth
- Identify opportunities to expand engagements through new channels and services
- Serve as a strategic lead in pitch work, renewals, and growth planning
- Lead research on competitive landscape, category dynamics, and audience behavior
- Collaborate with media teams to shape channel mix and audience strategy
- Support sales team during discovery, pitch development, and onboarding
- Mentor and guide team members
- Contribute to agency thought leadership
