Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Google Earth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Functional use of office equipment and software.
- Telecom experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee daily activities of splice technician crews.
- Manage project tracking information such as production sheets and work orders.
- Read and follow design engineer’s instructions and specifications.
- Document and report splicing activities daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Coordinate schedules and assignments for internal and external splicers.
- Monitor and track contractor billing and invoices.
- Track and request materials for splicing crews.
- Communicate with internal teams and external contractors to resolve issues.
