Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or related role.
- Strong organizational skills to manage high volume of accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented with focus on retention and satisfaction targets.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a pooled portfolio of core accounts.
- Drive customer engagement through proactive, repeatable touchpoints.
- Partner with sales to identify potential account expansion opportunities.
- Implement structured processes to maintain consistent communication.
- Partner with Finance to resolve payment disputes, escalations, and account issues.
- Monitor account health to improve retention.
- Collaborate with Support and Product teams to advocate for customer needs.
