Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage high volume of accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented with focus on retention and satisfaction targets.
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a pooled portfolio of core accounts.
  • Drive customer engagement through proactive, repeatable touchpoints.
  • Partner with sales to identify potential account expansion opportunities.
  • Implement structured processes to maintain consistent communication.
  • Partner with Finance to resolve payment disputes, escalations, and account issues.
  • Monitor account health to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with Support and Product teams to advocate for customer needs.
