Requirements
- Located in North America.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience with CLM and CRM systems, contract management, or legal operations.
- Experienced in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard commercial contracts.
- Experience with SaaS contracts is a plus.
- Experience with system integrations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in high-growth private companies.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Support the entire contract lifecycle from initial request to execution.
- Oversee and manage commercial tickets within the CLM system.
- Review executed agreements for metadata accuracy and proper filing.
- Maintain and update contract workflows.
- Manage and optimize integration between CLM and Salesforce.
- Partner with Legal Ops and Salesforce teams to implement system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain reports to support contract tracking and performance metrics.
