Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or commercial roles
  • Experience within fintech, SaaS, banking, payments, or technology sectors
  • Proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships simultaneously
  • Proficient in using CRM tools
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Tide’s strategic partnerships roadmap
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with growth and product objectives
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation through launch and ongoing growth
  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contract renewals
  • Deliver against partnership revenue, deal volume, and customer acquisition targets
  • Track and report on partnership performance and engagement metrics
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful partner onboarding
  • Represent Tide externally at industry events
