Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
  • Prior experience serving as VP Human Resources, SVP Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy within large, global, and matrixed organizations.
  • Strong background in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization's global Human Resources strategy in alignment with enterprise business objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Oversee HR policies, governance frameworks, systems, and operational processes.
  • Lead the optimization of HR technology, workforce analytics, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing global HR organization.
