Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience.
- Prior experience serving as VP Human Resources, SVP Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, Chief People Officer, or equivalent.
- Proven experience leading enterprise HR strategy within large, global, and matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing HR teams across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's global Human Resources strategy in alignment with enterprise business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on workforce, talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategies.
- Lead enterprise-wide talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Oversee HR policies, governance frameworks, systems, and operational processes.
- Lead the optimization of HR technology, workforce analytics, and reporting capabilities.
- Lead and develop a high-performing global HR organization.
