Requirements

  • 3–5 years of major account management experience, with direct ownership of Walmart relationship.
  • Ability to build, pressure-test, and execute strategic plans.
  • Experience with Walmart online portals, Retail Link, Circana, and 3PL systems.
  • Strong skills in forecasting, inventory management, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets.
  • Strong communication skills for senior retail partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to balance customer needs with company profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategies to expand Skylight's market share within Walmart and Sam’s Club at a national level.
  • Execute comprehensive business plans to achieve revenue and unit targets.
  • Manage daily retailer communications and negotiations, new product launches, and in-store execution.
  • Manage the major retail P&L including pricing, discounts, and account expenses.
  • Leverage internal resources (finance, marketing, operations) to maximize opportunities with Walmart/Sam’s.
  • Coordinate with Sales Coordinator for demand planning forecasts and purchase orders.
  • Manage multiple projects involving cross-functional teams with competing priorities.
  • Provide market trend reports and competitive analysis to determine strategy.
