Responsibilities
- Engage with leads from marketing and other channels
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and SMS
- Vet agencies for fit, including validating licensing, E&O, and lead sources
- Facilitate sign-up and contract processes
- Support onboarding and integration for small to medium-sized agencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding
