Requirements
- Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or digital customer success.
- Proven experience owning journey execution end-to-end.
- Hands-on experience building lifecycle journeys in customer.io or comparable platforms.
- Fluent with AI content tools, segmentation platforms, and automation workflows.
- Strong writing skills with ability to translate technical concepts into clear content.
- Experience creating customer-facing education like knowledge bases or video tutorials.
- Proven analytical mindset and ability to use AI for data evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally in a global, remote-first environment.
- Own the end-to-end customer journey: map, design, build, launch and optimize journeys.
- Design, build, and execute targeted, AI-driven lifecycle campaigns across email and in-app channels.
- Drive GTM of new product releases and features.
- Own and evolve customer-facing education and enablement materials.
- Lead multi-channel adoption and retention initiatives using predictive health and usage insights.
