- Inhouse/law firm experience in payments or fintech
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements
Responsibilities
- Deliver legal support for day-to-day commercial operations, including corporate and cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and related documentation
- Provide support on strategic business initiatives from a legal perspective
- Work closely with internal teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment to anticipate and manage legal risk
