Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager
- 2+ years as Lead Product Manager
- Defines metrics at the company level
- Determines the company's strategy together with other directors
- Responsible for the balance of resources within the department and the company
- Manages 5 PMs, some of whom are Lead Product managers
- Hired or developed at least one Team Leader or higher
Responsibilities
- Setting the vision and overall product strategy
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of product managers
- Making strategic decisions about resource allocation and prioritization
- Conducting comprehensive market analysis
- Maximizing the financial performance of the product portfolio
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle
- Creating and launching new major products
