Responsibilities
- Advise on a broad spectrum of financial services regulations
- Support licensing and regulatory engagement
- Handle regulatory queries
- Provide legal advice on Singapore/APAC financial regulations including MAS guidelines
- Draft and review legal documentation including policies, contracts, disclosures
- Partner with internal teams (product, risk, compliance) to embed regulatory requirements into business operations
