- Understanding of cryptocurrency / stablecoin regulatory issues is an asset
- Legal qualification preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory strategy for stablecoin / digital payment / asset initiatives across multiple jurisdictions
- Assess and interpret cryptocurrency / stablecoin, payments, and digital asset regulatory frameworks, providing clear, practical guidance to business and product stakeholders
- Develop and maintain jurisdiction-specific regulatory playbooks, including licensing, structures, partner models, and ongoing compliance obligations
- Build and manage relationships with regulators, policymakers, and key external partners to support licensing, approvals, and market entry
