Requirements
- Qualified lawyer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in employment law.
- Experience gained from corporates, financial institutions, or law firms.
- Knowledge of employment law within the APAC region.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and build effective relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to HR functions and advise on employment-related legal matters.
- Deliver subject matter legal advice on employment law across APAC, including employee relations, workplace policies, terminations, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, severance agreements, and other employment-related documents.
- Assist in the resolution of employment disputes.
- Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement effective workplace policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on best practices for employee performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
